Fairweather is a small dynamic registered charity, which is currently working in an exciting climate of development and change. We are a dedicated and passionate group who wish to make a real difference to the lives of people in Bradford.
We are a value based organisation and hold the people who use our services at the heart of all we undertake. We work as equal partners with our service users and are committed to genuine service user involvement.
Fairweather is run by a voluntary Board of Trustees and is staffed by paid workers.
We continue to enable people to participate in society in ways they wish to. We have worked with people with a range of support needs including:

OUR MISSION
Fairweather's mission is to give everyone involved in Fairweather unconditional and inclusive respect and support, providing them with the confidence and skills to develop and grow in line with their aspirations.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is to provide help, support and advice to vulnerable adults and their children in order to enable them to make choices and develop coping strategies to deal positively with difficult life situations.
We attempt to heighten self-esteem and hopefully help to bring fun into the lives of the people we work with and enable them to create happy memories.
We are determined to excel in all areas of activity and feel passionate about equality, empowerment and enterprise.
