Fairweather believes partnership working is crucial for the service delivery and development of any community or voluntary organisation. We strive to work with individuals and organisations that can share and complement our philosophy and aims.

Our current partners include - 

 

INCOMMUNITIES - in the past we have been sub-contacted by Incommunities to provide single homeless supported housing at Midstays as part of a homeless hub, funded by Supporting People.

 

 

PARTICIPATE PROJECTS - we are currently working in partnership with Participate Projects to realise the full potential of Fairweather. The Participate Projects team are supporting Fairweather through consultancy, networking and strategic planning. They are vital in the current development of the Grow with Fairweather project. Over summer of 2014 their team will also be working with the Yorkshire Building Society to transform our allotment.

 

 

 

FATHOM LEARNING - for many years Fairweather have benefitted from executive coaching, training and team development at all levels of the organisation. 

 

 

SEE AHEAD - our staff team have benefited from some great training, guidance and mentoring from Helen Hoyle at See Ahead. This is supporting Fairweather to develop and move forward into a new and exciting future. 

 

 

 

UNIVERSITY OF BRADFORD AND STUDENTS UNION - we have funding from Bradford University to provide Transitional Support and Retention to students.  We work in close partnership with the Disability Services of the University .

We also work with the University of Bradford's Student Union to encourage and support students to volunteer at Fairweather.

FIT FOR FUNDING - our staff team have benefited from some great training and guidance from Fit for Funding. This is supporting Fairweather to develop and move forward into a new and exciting future.

 

 

 

STAYING PUT - as our new services are developed we look forward to service users and staff at Staying Put participating and benefitting from them.

 

 

 

BRADFORD VOLUNTEER CENTRE - we work with the Bradford Volunteer Centre to encourage individuals from the local community to volunteer at Fairweather.

 

 

 

 

KEIGHLEY VOLUNTEER CENTRE - we work with the Keighley Volunteer Centre to encourage individuals from the local community to volunteer at Fairweather.

 

 

 

LLOYDS TSB FOUNDATION - the Foundation has supported and contributed to funding for the Fairweather Volunteer Program.

ROYAL HORTICULTURAL SOCIETY - the Society is supporting and contributing to the funding of the Grow with Fairweather project.

 

​

NAYLOR WINTERSGILL - have worked with Fairweather for a number of years preparing the annual audits and carrying out the payroll function.

 

 

YORKSHIRE BUILDING SOCIETY - over the summer of 2014, the Society will be supporting Fairweather with the Grow with Fairweather project. They will be a key ingredient in the transformation of our allotment site. 

 

 

 

G S JOINERS - Gareth and Adam have worked with Fairweather for many years helping to ensure the quality standards of our houses for service users and our head office.

Bradford College  - we work closely with Bradford College to support the students, encourage volunteering and raise funds for Fairweather.
